it feels like shit
know i've been bad
ate so much the past five days
feel sick
feel like i'm not used to eating anymore
still crave food
but i feel nauseous after each intake
i don't know how i'll go back to not eating
hope i'm not getting used
to two meals a day
that's too much
i'll do one meal a day
and next week
i'll try to keep up three days without food
or i'll need to learn how to throw up
but that feels like too much for now
it kinda disgusts me
do they think i'm getting better?
because i sleep more
but that's good i guess
it was dumb to let them see
it's better if they think i'm ok
i can keep this to myself
